RKR Protection Investments has been in business since January of 2013, as a joint effort of Russell and Kelli. During a time of uncertainty with the status of the 2nd Amendment, Russell and Kelli felt that a company dedicated to bringing quality, affordable firearms to the public was long overdue.

Please make no mistake, just because our name is new in the community, does not mean that we are new to firearms. RKR Protection Investments brings more than 30 years of law enforcement experience and professionalism to the business. Our family was an icon within the City of Roanoke for over 5 generations and moved to Bellevue 3 years ago. RKR Protection Investments will strive to bring the same level of commitment and dedication to customers through quality products and customer service.

Russell Ragsdale; Co-Owner & Partner
Russell is a career law enforcement officer with over 32 years in the profession. He has been a firearms instructor since 1997, and served for 17 years on the departments SWAT team in numerous positions including Entry, Sniper, Sniper Team Leader, SWAT Team Leader and SWAT Commander. Russell has taught numerous courses related to firearms including basic firearms, tactical pistol, police shotgun, automatic weapons fire and SWAT tactics. He has also held armorer certifications with Colt, and Glock.

Kelli Ragsdale; Co-Owner & Partner
Kelli has been an avid shooter for a number of years, and is a current Texas CHL license holder. Though she may not possess formal training, she enjoys shooting with her family and is ready to help you with all of your firearm needs.
